Return & Exchange Policy
At Modwest & Co., we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

Refunds 
We do not offer refunds on any purchases. However, in the rare case that a product reaches you damaged or defective from our end, a full refund will be issued once the item is returned and inspected.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 5 days of receiving your order, strictly under the following conditions:
-The product has a size issue, or 
-There is any valid concern with the item received.

To qualify for an exchange:
-The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. 
-The request must be made within 5 days of receiving the item.
-A proof of purchase must be provided. 
-Shipping costs for exchanges will be borne by the customer unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

If your return is accepted, our team will get back to you within 2–3 business days with next steps on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
