Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days within Pakistan. Please note that orders are only processed and shipped on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Orders: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select.
  • International Orders: Shipping fees will also be calculated at checkout, and any customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for domestic orders.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Order Delays

  • Occasionally, shipping carriers may experience delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as country's situation, weather, or high demand periods (e.g., holidays).
  • We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but please allow extra time for your order to arrive if any unexpected delays occur.

Lost or Stolen Packages

    • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the tracking shows that the order has been delivered. Please contact the carrier directly if your package is marked as delivered but is not in your possession.
    • If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier company to resolve the issue, but the customer will need to file a claim with the courier.
